FRS are recruiting a Part-Time Administrator for an excellent business based in Leamington Spa. Working as part of an award winning and ever growing team, you will ideally be working 24 hours over three days per week.

Duties will include:

Managing the reception area, including welcoming customers and guests
Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
Handling Head Office Petty Cash / Head Office Ordering
Managing inventory of office supplies
Responsible for all telecoms related issues (Cloud Voice / BT Portal / Mobile
Maintain the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs with landlord / external contractors
Developing, implementing and maintaining administrative systems, such as record management
Managing filing systems / Offsite Storage / Archive filing
Responsible for the purchase order system
Responsible for Utilities (Readings / Issues)
Responding to internal / external customer enquiries
Reviewing and updating health and safety policies / Risk Assessments and
Partner with management team to maintain Company Policies as necessary
Arranging regular testing for electrical equipment and safety devices
Organise and schedule meetings and appointments
Using a range of office software, including email, spreadsheets and databases
Ensuring adequate staff levels to cover for absences and peaks in workload
Promoting staff development and training
Maximise operational performance of the Administration Department, streamlining duties and output of the team as and where necessary
Liaise with Site staff / Operations/ Sales team when necessary
Responsible for placing Company job adverts and coordinating applicant

Skills Required:

Proven office management, administrative or assistant experience
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritise work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organisational and planning skills
