FRS are recruiting a Billing Administrator for a rapidly growing business based in Birmingham (close to Edgbaston) with excellent transport links for those using their own vehicle (on site car parking) & public transport as there as bus stops and train stations nearby.

The company are looking for personable candidates who want to work in a bubbly work environment. Suitable candidates will also have excellent customer service skills both over the phone and email – this is an excellent chance to join a rapidly growing business!

Duties Will Include:

Gathering and processing data from clients of all sectors / industries
Producing invoices and distributing them to the relevant customers
Resolving queries from customers and ensuring excellent customer service
Making sure all information is thoroughly checked before processing ensuring minimal mistakes
Reviewing meter readings and checking them against the CRM system
