FRS are assisting a Coventry based business with the recruitment of a Bookkeeper on a permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week and reporting into the Managing Director.
Working within a small established office team, you will be managing aspects of transactional finance and assisting with the month end preparation.
Duties will include:
– Day to day management of the sales and purchase ledgers
– Processing a weekly and monthly payroll
– Assisting with credit control
– VAT returns
– Daily banking
– Purchase invoice processing
– Sales invoice queries and resolution
– Credit note approvals
– Managing accounts queries
– Inventory transfers
– Bank reconciliations
– Expenses and petty cash processing
– Payment runs
