FRS are recruiting a Bookkeeper for a reputable and rapidly expanding Manufacturing business based in Bilston.
Working as part of a small team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the company finances alongside the Finance Director.
Duties will include:
– Management of the Purchase and Sales Ledger
– Processing company expenses
– Bank reconciliations
– Assisting the Finance Director with the preparation of monthly management accounts
– Processing subcontractor payments (CIS – experience advantageous but not essential)
– Processing payroll (monthly)
– Banking – daily banking, manual cheques, petty cash
– Delegating office duties to the team when necessary
– Ad hoc credit control
