We are seeking a Finance Manager/Bookkeeper to take responsibility for managing the operation of the accounts function across this manufacturing business.

This is a new role reporting into the Directors.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Preparation of monthly payroll for 330 employees
Petty Cash, accruals, payments
Overseeing of all finance related issues.
Project management support to the Directors
Overseeing Management of monthly payrolls, Hourly paid and salary
Overseeing Management of debtors and creditors
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Preparation of Management Accounts alongside the Company Accountant
Petty Cash, Expenses, accruals, payments
Financial support to the wider team
Management of a team of two
