FRS are recruiting a Bookkeeper / Office Manager for a well established business based in Solihull.
You will be working for a dynamic MD, and working for a business who boast of low staff turnover and an excellent working environment.
My client is looking for a dynamic professional who can work well alone but also contribute to the team in terms of streamlining processes, implementing new ways of doing things, is personable, efficient and wants to join a growing business who can support them alongside company growth.
Duties will include, but never limited to:
– Managing the transactional finance for the business and reporting into the FC – including sales and purchase ledgers, credit control, processing expenses and petty cash, monthly bank reconciliations, processing payments, assisting with VAT queries
– Assisting the month end process alongside the FC
– Overseeing work produced by less experienced finance staff
– Managing the businesses fleet vehicles (circa 20-25 vehicles)
– Organising meetings and conferences
– Booking transport and accommodation in rare instances
