FRS are delighted to be assisting a fantastic client of ours based in Solihull, with the recruitment of a Payroll Assistant to join their well established and reputable business.
You will be joining a friendly team who can offer career opportunities, and be part of an ever expanding and ambitious business.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
– Processing weekly and monthly payroll
– Generate reports for clients for their financial accounts
– Processing and generating payslips
– Year-End process
– P45’s, P32”s etc.
– Processing statements and returns onto Sage 50 Accounts
– Liaising with HMRC
The ideal candidate will have / be the following:
– Proficient using QuickBooks, Xero or Sage
– IT literate
– Have the ability to work to ever changing situations
– Ability to manage your own workload to the highest efficiency
