An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Milton Keynes.
You will join a small, friendly hard-working team.
• Processing of client orders and circulating to internal project manager to claim.
• Process new project enquiries on to RedSky system and Monday.com system.
• Monday.com administration, ensuring project status is correct or changed appropriately.
• Processing of Subcontract Orders.
• Verification and approval of new subcontractors.
• Checking subcontractors are compliant with IR35.
• Subcontractor management in general, tracking spreadsheets updated.
• Providing input where improvements and efficiencies can be made to the processes and function of the department.
• Assisting QS with any reporting to further understand the Commercial reporting function.
• Any other commercial admin and reporting as required.
