Working from home 4 days per week and 1 from the office.
Main Duties:
• Management of complex or escalated queries in relation to damage XS claims, Consumer or COI Corporate Debt
• Supporting Damage XS, CS and post billing query teams
• Effectively negotiating liability in damage disputes
• Agreeing remedial actions and corrective actions with key stakeholders
• Assisting management of outsourced partners
• Resolving disputes and queries in a timely and professional manner
• Utilise a variety of software applications to ensure cases are dealt with accurately and in a timely manner
• Liaise with our rental stations, accident management companies and relevant internal business areas to gather evidence
Skills Required:
• In-depth knowledge of damage claims
• Strong Customer Service skills
• Advanced knowledge of systems, including Riskappli, Ataraxia and Greenway
• Ability to communicate effectively with all stakeholders
• Good analytical skills
• Attention to detail
• Self-Motivated
