FRS are recruiting a Credit Controller for a reputable business based on the outskirts of Tamworth.

You will be joining a small Finance / HR team and working in a busy office, and have the ability to manage your own workload.

Core Duties and Responsibilities:

– Possesses excellent interpersonal skills, to include strong written and verbal communication, both internally and externally to the Company
– Possesses excellent telephone manner
– Has the ability to remain calm under pressure
– Has a methodical approach to work, and is able to prioritise their workload
– Has a systematic approach to problem solving
– Possesses relevant legal experience and knowledge, including knowledge of the effects of different courses of actions available to deal with delinquent customer accounts
– Proactively seeks to improve systems, and is able to bring forward ideas for improvement of the credit control systems
– Demonstrates a flexible approach to their work, and shows willingness to assist in covering for colleagues as required

Suitable candidates will have / be:

– Previous credit control experience in the automotive industry
– Proven track record of developing and maintaining effective credit control systems
– Is in possession of recognised professional credit control qualifications
– Possesses relevant legal qualifications at any level
– Proven track record of customer account query maintenance and resolution
