Our Luton client is at present searching for an experienced Customer Service Clerk to join their team of four.

Daily duties will consist of:

• Entering customer orders onto company system
• Maintaining strong communications with suppliers and vendors
• Responding to customer enquiries
• Assisting customers with price listings and quotations

Required Skills:

• Previous customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• I.T. abilities in Microsoft Word / Excel and Outlook
