Temporary Vacancy – Finance Administrator

Duties Include:

• The day to day maintenance of the Cash and Banking nominal ledger and menu interfaces
• Resolving cash and banking queries on financial systems, in conjunction with third party service providers
• Maintaining up to date banking controls to ensure audit compliance is adhered to, and where material discrepancies arise, to bring to the attention of relevant stakeholders
• Ensuring system integrity by monitoring interface and audit reports
• Supporting the Finance Analyst and Cash and Banking Team in cash and banking reconciliations, monitoring and reporting
• Ensure that all procedures are documented and up to date

Skills Required:

• Previous office experience
• Ideally studying towards AAT
• Intermediate Excel skills
• Good attention to detail
• Good organisational skills
• Good data entry skills
• Reliable
• Flexible
