My client is a well regarded organisation ideally situated in West Leicester. Due to both expansion and promotion they now have a full time need for a Finance Assistant to join the team.
14 week temp then straight to perm. Monday to Friday 9-5pm
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with a good knowledge and experience of accounting processes. Primary responsibilities include processing purchase/sales ledger transactions, month end reconciliation and reporting, creating manual and automated supplier payments, reconcile credit card transactions, reconcile supplier statements and take ownership of invoice disputes, recording and banking of received cash.
The ideal candidate will be qualified at AAT Level 3 (or equivalent), have experience in an accounts department of a similar sized organisation (up to £10m and 250 employees), use of accounting software such as SAGE and Microsoft office packages. In addition they should be able to work to high levels of accuracy whilst processing large volumes of transactions.
