Main Responsibilities:

– Work closely with the Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters
– Complete SAGE 50 weekly payroll
– Reconcile staff working hours with operational managers
– Administer workplace pension scheme
– Create, send, and follow up on statements / invoices
– Matching invoices to statements and purchase orders to invoices
– End of month process, bank reconciliation, cash books
– Apply for credit limits with insurance companies
– Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries
– Check, correct and maintain a variety of financial and other business records and documents
– General administration duties
– Any other duties that may be deemed appropriate to this role

Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:

– Invoicing and Payroll experience
– Good Knowledge of SAGE 50 Payroll and SAGE 50 Accounting systems

This is a 9 month maternity cover contract.
