We are recruiting for an experienced Accounts Assistant, to join a well established and stable firm based in Daventry.
Main Responsibilities Include:
– Assist in the day to day accounting function
– All purchase ledger duties
– Batching and coding of invoices
– Making payment runs to suppliers
– Processing and checking all expenses
– Purchase ordering and raising of orders
– Sales ledger duties
– Invoicing and applications to Customers
– Statement reconciliations
– Cash and bank reconciliations
– Sales ledger reconciliations
– Credit control
– Other ad hoc administrative tasks
Previous accounts experience in a similar role is essential, along with knowledge of Sage Line 50 and Excel.
