FRS are recruiting for a temporary Finance Assistant to work alongside the Finance Manager for a global business, with the UK Head Office based in Coventry.
This role is temporary cover and will be starting ASAP, ideally starting Tuesday 4th May with working hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
Our client is ideally seeking a candidate with Navision / Microsoft Dynamics systems experience.
– Processing supplier invoices and statements
– Internal and external queries and phone calls
– Liaising with the sales teams after they raise Purchase Orders
– Processing VAT returns
– Bank reconciliations
– Processing the Purchase Ledger
– Picking up a backlog of aged invoices
– Working alongside the Finance Manager with month-end assistance
– Processing expenses and petty cash
– Submitting payments onto the bank correctly and matching them up
