FRS are recruiting a Finance Assistant for an established and rapidly growing SME based in Coventry.
Working with an experienced Bookkeeper and also utilising an external firm of accountants, you will be responsible for taking the reins for transactional finance duties for the business, and with the business growing, there will be long term career opportunities.
Duties will include:
– Purchase ledger, including processing invoices, raising / resolving queries
– Sales ledger, including raising and sending out invoices and answering queries
– Credit control – calling customers and clearing any aged debt, resolving queries and escalating troublesome accounts to management
– Management of the company credit card and expenses documentation, including any ad hoc admin attached / requested
– Working alongside the external firm of accountants during month / year-end
– Assisting with a small monthly payroll
– Ad hoc reporting and support, as requested by the MD
