My client based in Loughborough is looking for an experienced person for an Financial Administrator position.

The successful applicant will need to have the following attributes and expected to be capable in the following areas:

General:

• Proven high level of intelligence and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAGE 50
• Pleasant and helpful manner at all times, maintaining a positive and friendly company image by acting as the first line of contact to visitors, customers, and suppliers in person, online, and via telephone
• Wealth of experience of working within a small team and liaising with international clients
• Assistance with any administrative tasks as they arose

Financial:

• Familiarity with SAGE 50 financial package, generation of Sales Invoices, Works Orders, Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes, Supplier Invoices
• Experience of international trading requirements, including familiarity with FCC, FDA Forms, HS Codes, Declarations of Conformity, IATA Regulations on Dangerous Goods
• Production of detailed despatch documents for international shipping of goods
• Arrange couriers, raise Air Waybills, follow up tracking delays / issues
• Assistance with Stock Takes and any discrepancies

Data Analysis:

• Sales Reporting
• Stock Reporting
• Pricing / Cost of Goods of Bills of Materials
