FRS are recruiting an HR & Payroll Manager on a part-time basis for a privately owned business. Reporting to the Director, you will be responsible for processing the company payroll and managing all aspects of HR and the role pays a full time equivalent salary of £28-30k with hours flexible, between 20-30 hours per week.
Responsibilities include:
Processing starters and leavers
Managing staff attendance
Responsible for disciplinary action / meetings
Assisting in the recruitment process – publishing adverts, shortlisting, interviews etc
Processing monthly payroll using Sage Line 50
Organising ongoing staff training and development
Maintaining & updating company handbook, policies and procedures
Keeping the staff benefits and rewards systems up to date
Suitable candidates will ideally hold a CIPD qualification and have a strong understanding of payroll procedures. Onsite parking, private healthcare and other benefits await the successful candidate!
