Due to internal promotion, FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of a Management Accountant to join their UK head office.

This position will work closely with the Head of Management Accounts as well as Finance Director and CFO assisting with

Overview of Responsibilities
• Production of management accounts Group International and Investments companies
• Consolidation of Group management accounts
• Weekly flash report
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Financial reporting and performance reviews with key partners
• Finance partner for overseas acquisitions
Key Duties
• Production of accurate management accounts for Group, International and Investment companies to a deadline
• Strong analysis to aid decision making
• Review monthly performance with directors and department heads on their numbers
• Production of board reports
• Production on financial review packs
• Production of accurate weekly flash reports for Group, International and Investment companies
• Ensuring Balance sheets are updated monthly and supported to aid auditability
• Progressing with the full integration of Europe companies into the Group accounting processes
• Ensuring recharge methodologies are robust and supported by documented assumptions
• Ensuring intercompany transactions are recorded and are eliminated upon consolidation
• Provide key business decision support on the Europe and International. This role will involve travel at the request of the Group CFO
• Ensuring the quarterly forecast and annual budget processes follows and achieves the desired timescales
• Assisting in the finance function to achieve its goals, ambitions and objectives and become best in class

The ideal candidate will be Part qualified, or in their final stages of studying towards ACCA or CIMA and have at least 1-2 years prior experience operating in a similar management accounting biased position.
A good level of IT Literacy is also key to this position alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills
