FRS are recruiting a Master Data Manager for a market leading business ideally situated in Warwick. The business offer hybrid working with 2-3 days per week WFH and have excellent career opportunities attached!

You will have excellent knowledge of SAP and have experience of leading a small team (2 at present).

Duties will include:
• Manage the GB based master data team
• Ensure delivery of a high quality, customer focused, and cost competitive service on a daily basis to the wider business in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements.
• Lead and manage the Master Data team from ’hire to retire’, managing performance, providing coaching, guidance and motivation, and developing colleagues to meet their potential.
• Assign and prioritise workloads within the team to deliver high quality results, to enable development of colleagues and to ensure uninterrupted service in the event of absence and holidays.
• Ensure a culture of problem identification then resolution, and ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained (e.g. annotation of obsolete data, formal archiving policies).
• Ensure that appropriate controls are implemented to reduce the risk of delays and errors, and implement actions to mitigate any impact.
• Adhere to all SOX compliance requirements.
• Promote a continuous improvement culture – strive to simplify, standardise and improve processes across all Business Units towards quality and productivity improvements.
