FRS are recruiting an Office Administrator for a business going through a period of growth, based near Aston on the outskirts of Birmingham City Centre.
Working in a small but vibrant team, you will be reporting into the Managing Director and responsible for all aspects of Admin within the office, working closely with the Sales and Finance teams.
Duties will include:
– Ensuring incoming calls are directed to the relevant departments, with clear information passed through to the team on each occasion
– Greeting customers / clients if they come into the office
– Filing documents onto the system, ensuring you are accurate and precise at all times
– Photocopying and scanning documents
– Ad hoc duties such as ordering office supplies
Suitable applicants will have / be:
– Good communication skills with customers both via telephone, email and face to face
– Have good telephone manners
– Be able to resolve queries and ensure issues are handled professionally / passed onto the right department
– Good team player and mix well with the current team
