An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Milton Keynes.
You will join a small, friendly hard-working team.
• Processing of new client enquiries.
• Monitoring dashboards to ensure that sales values, costs, and dates are updated.
• Maintaining RedSky and Monday.com with client information.
• Cross-checking that Monday.com and RedSky information is correct and up to date.
• Assisting Pre-Contract team with other admin tasks, such as spreadsheets and trackers.
• Providing input to Line Manager where improvements and efficiencies can be made to the processes and function of the department.
• Any other Pre-Contract admin and reporting as required.
• Previous office / administration experience

• Good IT Skills, working with MS Office
