An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Administrator to join a leading organisation based in Burton Latimer with 2 days a week based at head office in Peterborough.
You will join a small, friendly hard-working team.
Duties:
• Answering the phone, dealing with enquiries, taking messages
• Production of Operation and Maintenance Manuals for clients
• Data entry of electrical test results, and liaison with Electrical QS on completing test results
• Drafting risk assessment and method statement in conjunction with Project Managers
• Production of Site Health and Safety files
• Keeping department reference documents up to date
• Perform other administrative tasks as required, and cover for the Receptionist as required
