FRS are recruiting an Operations / Business Manager for a dynamic and growing manufacturing & engineering business based near Chippenham, known for their commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.

With a strong reputation in their sector and a clear growth strategy, the Directors are now looking to recruit an Operations / Business Manager to grow with the business with a structured progression path to Director level which will include an % equity within the business!

Duties Will Include
* Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives / Directors ambition Drive operational efficiencies & looking at cost savings
* Ensure compliance with all health & safety, environmental and regulatory standards
* Oversee quality assurance processes and ensure product standards are maintained
* Manage and mentor the operations team to achieve performance targets and KPIs
* Proactively looking at new opportunities and presenting them to the Directors
* Collaborate with finance, sales & other departments to ensure seamless day to day operations
* Report regularly to the Managing Director and contribute to strategic planning
