FRS are exclusively recruiting an Operations Officer role for a business that offer support to SME”s. Working in a vibrant team, you will be reporting into the Operations Manager and responsible for the duties listed below. Ongoing development, training and progression are attached to this opportunity both onsite and externally and the business are proud to have a promote from within policy which is proven by some of the senior management.

The role will be varied and ever changing and as the business grows, so will this role. For now, the duties for this role are listed below:

Office management
. Answering all calls promptly, taking messages and card payments, regularly checking voicemail messages, and forwarding them to the appropriate person
. Performing an extensive array of administrative tasks such as filing and diary management
. Ensuring office supplies are always available including stationery, branded papers, etc

Credit Control
. First response for credit control calling
. Courtesy calling for missed payments
. Monthly arrears sheet alongside senior management
. Liaising with management if issues occur

Data and Analytics
. Maintaining data and analytics spreadsheet
. Assisting with preparation of reports for management
. Lead on the businesses text messaging service – marketing, credit control, reminders etc
. Maintain data spreadsheet and update CRM systems with actions

Ideally, candidates applying for this role will be able to start work as of Monday 12th April 2021.
