We are looking for a Payroll Administrator who is available at short notice to join a busy company, and friendly finance office based in Lodge Farm.
Brief duties will encompass:
– Receiving timesheets weekly from each department and inputting into a master timesheet (using Excel)
– Speaking with various managers across the business and resolving queries
– Processing new starters / leavers / staff change forms
– Updating the HR system
– Dealing with pay queries
– Ad hoc reporting including weekly overtime cost, and holidays taken vs. accrued
– Ensuring master timesheet is submitted on time and completing checks to the payroll file
The successful applicant will have strong administration skills and accurate attention to detail, and some background experience in payroll.
Good PC skills, including Excel are also required.
The salary is negotiable dependent on experience.
