An excellent opportunity within an established and ever growing business, based in Milton Keynes.


• Prepare and pay staff payroll for over 200 employees
• Update all statutory payments as appropriate i.e. SSP, SMP, SPP, SAP
• Set up attachments of earnings
• Calculate holiday entitlement and holiday pay
• Respond to all pay queries
• Ensure that RTI is submitted to HMRC on time
• Produce P11’d
• Complete year end and P60’s
• Ensure that Tax and NI is paid to HMRC on time
• Create, maintain and update all payroll processes
• Enter accurately; Purchase Ledger invoices on SAP system with correct VAT codes
• Reconcile supplier statements
• Correctly deal with commodity codes and duty
• Provide admin support as required – switchboard, visitors, uniforms, hotels, taxis, coffees, lunches
