FRS are assisting a reputable and well-known business based in Birmingham, with the recruitment of a Payroll & HR Administrator.

You will be joining a well-established team on a temporary basis and have the ability to work to strict deadlines, whilst being flexible in your approach.

Duties will include:

– Processing starters and leavers
– Processing payroll for circa 400 employees using Sage Payroll, including payroll year-end
– Processing pensions
– Calculating of holiday pay and statutory payments
– Administration of benefits including childcare vouchers and benefits packages
– Providing a first point of call for employees and external bodies such as HMRC

Suitable candidates will have / be:

– The ability to start fairly soon or immediately
– Have up to date PAYE knowledge
– Up to date and proficient knowledge of GDPR
– Excellent accuracy and communication skills
