FRS are recruiting a Part-Time Payroll and HR Administrator for a business based in Banbury.
The role offers flexible working hours of anywhere between 15-25hpw, and you will be working alongside the Finance Director in a small finance team.
Reporting into the Finance Director, your duties will include:
– Processing starters / leavers documentation
– Liaising with the external payroll bureau and processing payroll administration
– Updating HR and Payroll systems
– Being a go-to for any payroll / HR related queries
– Processing pension administration
– Providing ad hoc support / reports to the FD as requested
