Joining as Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for the preparation and delivery of weekly / monthly payroll services for various sizes of clients, and ensuring that the payroll is processed accurately and on time.
You will be responsible for setting up payroll for new clients, all RTI submissions and Pension Automatic Enrolment.
You will become the initial point of contact for clients for any payroll queries.
You will also be responsible for liaising with HMRC and pension providers on behalf of clients.
Having worked with Moneysoft is preferable, but not essential.
Part of your duties will also include office administration for the practice, such as typing, filing, answering the telephone, Companies House submissions, etc.
You will have a career background in payroll, ideally within an accountancy practice environment.
You should be up to date with payroll knowledge and have recent experience in practice.
You should be confident, have an eye for detail and be able to speak to clients in a professional manner.
