FRS are recruiting a newly created Part-Time Payroll vacancy for an excellent client of ours based in Warwick.
Working closely with and reporting into the Head of Finance and Directors, you will be responsible for processing a number of client payrolls on both weekly and monthly runs.
Candidates can be from either Practice or Industry backgrounds, but must have experience of working with Sage and work well in a standalone position as this is a newly created role.
The role can be flexible around suitable candidates ideal working hours / arrangements.
Duties will include:
– Processing and administration of weekly and monthly payrolls using Sage
– Deduction of Student Loans, SSP, SMP, SAP, SPP etc.
– Completion of HMRC statutory forms
– Processing starter and leaver documentation
– Pension calculations and deductions
– Provide support and advice to the business in respect of all payroll related matters
– Payroll reconciliation
