FRS are exclusively assisting a business based in the heart of Coventry with the recruitment of a Payroll Manager.
You will be overseeing the payroll function and managing a full time Payroll Administrator, ensuring weekly and monthly payrolls are processed efficiently.
Suitable candidates will ideally have a managerial background, but my client is open minded to an experienced payroll professional looking for a step up in responsibility.
You will be able to work well within a small team and ensure close working relationships with HR and the MD.
Duties will include:
– Accurate and timely processing of end to end payroll processing using Sage Payroll
– Reconciling payroll reports
– Tax year end processing
– Processing both weekly and monthly payroll
– Ensuring that all aspects of RTI and Auto Enrolment are considered
Suitable candidates will have / be:
– IPP Qualified (not essential)
– Up to date knowledge of PAYE, NIC, SSP, SMP, NIC’s
– Experience of tax year end procedures
– Experience of working within an SME environment
