My client is a small but well established firm of accountants based in Nuneaton who assist businesses and individuals in all aspect of accounting and taxation.

Due to expansion FRS have been enlisted to assist with the recruitment of an Accountant / Client manager

Job description

You should have at least 4 years experience working in an accountancy practice. Either ACCA/ACA qualified, working towards qualification or qualified by experience with Xero knowledge and experience of managing staff and own workload.

The role is to be a client manager who would oversee the current accounts team and report directly to the company directors.
Duties include:
• Reviewing accounts prepared by the accounts team.
• Managing the accounts jobs and allocating to the accounts team.
• Training junior staff members and offering support to the whole team.
• Preparing accounts as and when required including Corporation tax.
• Providing business advice to clients.
