6 Month Fixed Term Contract, which may be extended.

Seeking an experienced individual with a background in financial services and mortgages.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

. Identify legal, regulatory, financial, technological requirements necessary to deploy a mortgage product, and the associated risks
. Conduct research to assess member demand
. Research the mortgage market to establish if we could offer a competitive mortgage product
. Carry out a financial assessment of costs / benefits and risks
. Identify key options for the board of directors to consider

Person Specification:

. Ability to research, analyse and identify salient issues
. Knowledge of MCOB and CONC preferred
. Ability to manage each strand of this project against tight timescales
. Self-starter who can work on own initiative
. Good communication skills – written and verbal
. Ability to prepare concise and understandable option papers for board discussion

Flexibility to work from home with a weekly office attendance available, and a pattern to suit your own circumstances.
