FRS are delighted to be supporting a fantastic client of ours based in the lovely surroundings of Leamington Spa.

Reporting into the Finance Manager, day to day duties will include but never be limited to:

– Maintenance of the Purchase Ledger
– Dealing with supplier queries
– Raising Purchase Orders
– Reporting upon ledgers
– Posting of bank payments
– Checking monthly payment runs
– Preparing and reporting for BACS runs
– Journal preparation and reporting
– Ad hoc duties assisting the Finance Manager

The ideal candidate will have / be:

– Previous experience of working in a Purchase Ledger role
– Have worked alongside Sales Ledger / Credit Control / Accounts Assistant team previously
– Be an excellent communicator and have good interpersonal skills
