Main Duties:

– Order Processing and Administration
– Accurate quotation / proposal preparation and order entry
– Proactive Sales Activities
– Deliver first class customer service at all times
– Constantly strive to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell
– Play an active role in creating and delivering own KPI structure
– Create personal proactive customer care contact plans
– Support external sales force with administrative duties and customer contact
– Understanding of MRP
– Provide first level product support for catalogue and product spec enquiries

Necessary Skills and Experience:

– Previous sales administration experience
– Computer literate, good all round knowledge of MS Excel, Word, Outlook
– Knowledge of MRP system – preferable
– Confident to share ideas and contribute positively to team dynamics
– Willing to get involved and help us to improve and grow
