My client is a small but well regarded and rapidly expanding business based in Bedfordshire.

Due to expansion, they now have a vacancy for a Sales Administrator to join a team of three on a full time, permanent basis.

Role includes:

• Responding to website enquiries
• Calling to chase Estimates / Quotations for feedback – Adding notes
• Answering phone call enquiries, gathering information
• Entering new enquiries onto system and directing them to sales team
• Assist sales teams with administration
• Arranging sales appointments
• Handle client issues and enquiries
• Provide information to sales team
• Chase up customer sales orders
• Send ‘sign off’ paper work to clients and chase returns
• Chase updates from Sales Team
• Updating Enquiry system
• Saving all documentation to customer files
• Completing and returning all account set up and PQQ documents (required by Customers)
• Coordinate with other departments, such as Accounts, Estimating and Production
• Process new sales orders
• Liaising with Finance Leasing Company for quotations
• Informing Customers of install dates
• Prepare information (sales statistics) for monthly management meeting

• Excellent communication skills


• Technical / Engineering background would be an advantage
• Good level of IT / Software experience and knowledge
• Sales Support background
• Strong Administration background
