We are looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a fantastic team based in Daventry, on a temporary basis.
The successful Candidate will have a good level of accounting knowledge, good system skills and competent communication skills.
Responsibilities will include;
. Process Sales Ledger allocations.
. Supplier statement reconciliations.
. Bank postings and reconciliations.
. Invoice processing and purchase orders
. Sending remittances and statements
. Dealing with invoice queries with suppliers and customers.
. Processing expenses and account reconciliations
. Chasing overdue payments
. Filing, opening the post/ sending mail and cheques
