FRS are recruiting a Senior Accounts Assistant for an SME who are within the FMCG sector. The company use Sage 50 and MS Excel and you”d play a vital part in ensuring smooth operations within the finance department.
Reporting into the Finance Director, you’ll be responsible for a variety of transactional finance duties as listed below;
Purchase and Sales Ledger
Data entry into Sage 50
Completion and submission of VAT returns
Processing Expenses, Rebates and Payments
Gathering Information for End of Year Accounts
Assisting the Finance Director with their month / year-end duties
Answering telephones/emails and dealing with queries
Chasing payments over the phone and via email
