FRS are recruiting a Senior Payroll Administrator vacancy for a nationally recognised business. Reporting into the CFO & working as part of a small finance team, you”ll be the go-to for anyone within the business regarding payroll queries.

Duties Will Include:
• The production of accurate and timely in-house payroll
• Extracting a number of client monthly payrolls from excel into Sage
• Deducting tax and national insurance contributions
• Processing holiday, SSP, SMP, SPP and expenses
• P45, P11D, P60 and year end responsibilities
• Actioning pension plans
• Query resolution
• Payroll Journal processing
• Process agency invoices
• Reconciling agency statements
• Assign agency PO numbers
• Complete the GAP report
• Uniform Leaver/recharges
• Input payroll journals
