The successful Candidate will provide support to the Sales Ledger and Purchase Ledger Teams with account allocations and general administrative duties. In addition, this role will support the Head of Finance in assisting with accruals and prepayments for the monthly accounts.
Full AAT study support will be provided and this role will grow as the individual progresses through their studies.
Responsibilities include but not limited to
. Assist with Sales Ledger allocations.
. Supplier statement reconciliations.
. Bank postings and reconciliations.
. New supplier / customer set up.
. Processing of overhead expenses.
. Dealing with invoice queries with suppliers and customers.
. Carry out other duties which fall within reasonable expectations of the role.
