Transformation and Change Manager

FRS are delighted to be assisting an international organisation and an employer of choice within the local area, in their search for a Transformation and Change Manager.

The successful candidate will help drive project management and improvement across the businesses.

Duties include:

• Project Management of ERP implementation programme
• Provide leadership and management of the project and the PMO processes
• Strategic approach to Project and Change Management
• Calculate Cost, Estimate Timelines and Assess Risks
• Build a business case and obtain business / board approval

The successful candidate will have the following:

• Recognised Project management qualification (e.g Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)
• Proven experience of leading transformational change
• Working in global business environments within the Manufacturing sector
