My client is a well established and rapidly expanding PE backed business within the manufacturing industry, with a UK Site turnover in excess of £70 Million; ideally situated near the East Midlands Airport and easily commutable from across the Midlands.

Due to continued growth, they now have a permanent vacancy for an experienced and qualified Finance Director to join the business.

Reporting into both the CEO and CFO based in Europe, you will partner closely with the Site Director and a local level and wider senior management team, your key responsibilities include; ensuring the financial rigour of all management and statutory accounts are set in place, prepare quarterly and annual budgets, enhancing management reporting and optimising broader efficiencies across the group.

This opportunity will provide an insightful overview of the whole group.

Further responsibilities include; developing the internal controls that have been recently implemented.

The Finance Director will provide strong leadership to its peers and other staff members, and offer key strategic decisions in the business continued growth within the UK.

You should be a qualified Accountant (strong academics), coupled with an impressive record of performance in a UK / International environment.

Projects:

– Assist with the continued expansion of the business by way of acquisitions
– Build and develop a fit for purpose finance and HR team
– Work closely with the IT Director, with the continued development of IT Systems and Reporting Tools
