My client is a well-regarded regional firm of accountants, with premises across the Midlands.

Due to recent expansion, an opportunity for a Chartered Accountant (ACA or ACCA) has arisen to join my client’s Warwickshire office (Rugby) to work closely with the Partners.

The role would suit an ambitious individual with a background in practice, and will involve the following key responsibilities:

• Further practice expansion
• Input on internal processes
• Managing existing and new clients
• Corporate and personal taxation
• Handling day-to-day enquiries
• Compliance
• Manage own workflow
• Manage and review junior members of staff workflow
• Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, clients and potential clients

Applicants will be ACA or ACCA Qualified, ideally with previous experience gained within an accounting practice environment, and be seeking a varied and challenging role for a highly progressive and dynamic firm.
