An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join a leading organisation based in Stowe.
Credit Control Responsibility
Chasing overdue payments
Liaising with other internal departments and customers to resolve any disputed invoices.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records
Petty cash reconciliation.
Provide holiday cover for the month-end process.
Sales Ledger Responsibility.
Responsible for opening sales accounts.
Prepare and process sales invoices and other financial documents.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports for auditors.
Purchase Ledger Responsibility.
Responsible for opening Supplier accounts.
Supplier payment runs.
Insurance Maintenance on MID.
DVLA Taxing of plant & vehicles
Maintain accounts systems and processes.
Maintaining and updated weekly financial reports.
Provide general administrative support to the Company Secretary.
