Bookkeeper – Enderby – £30/40k

We are recruiting a Bookkeeper for an SME Manufacturing business based near Enderby!

Due to the current incumbent moving on, they require a replacement who can take part in a hand over before taking the reins themselves. Suitable candidates will have experience of working within an SME & also be experienced with both Sage & MS Excel.

Duties Will Include:
Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger duties including raising / processing invoices
General Ledger and VAT Returns
Cash and Banking
Supporting the wider team with stock accounting / reporting
Payroll – weekly & monthly
Reconciling accounts
Credit Control
Monthly meetings with the Management team & taking part in adhoc project work
Assisting with forecasting / budgets

The applicant will ideally have previous experience working within a similar role, knowledge of Sage & MS Excel would be advantageous. Ideally, the business are looking for someone to start this role
