FRS are recruiting a Credit Controller for a fantastic business based in South West Coventry (CV8), not too far from Kenilworth train station. You will be working with a really friendly & welcoming team, supported by a Credit Manager who has been with the business for a very long time!

You don”t need Credit Control experience to be considered for this role (although it would be an advantage!) as full on the job training will be provided!

Duties will include:
• Liaise with clients in order to collect late payments and resolve any debt issues
• Taking incoming calls to resolve daily queries and internal issues.
• General Admin work
• Liaise with Customers to resolve ongoing issues
• Reconciling customer statements
• Build a rapport with co-workers and customers

Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly Routines
• Distribution of customer statements
• Credit check analysis for potential customers
• Monitor & review credit limits

Job Skills
• Credit Control experience is an advantage but NOT essential
• Experience of MS Excel would be great!
• Good telephone manners
• Good communications skills with co-workers & clients
• Strong organisational skills
• A good eye for detail
• Ability to work accurately and efficiently to deadlines at month end
• Problem solving
