Finance Business Partner

My client is seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Business Partner to join a leading multi-site organisation. This permanent role is critical in driving financial performance and stability across allocated sites.

The Role:
You will lead financial operations and act as a key financial advisor to site leadership, preparing annual budgets aligned with strategic objectives and providing accurate financial forecasts and insightful analysis of key trends and risks. You will manage the production of reports, coordinate financial processes for audit requirements, and ensure compliance with financial policies. A core function is building strong relationships with stakeholders and developing your hub finance team.

About You:
Ideally a fully qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA, ICAEW) or, as a minimum, part-qualified and actively studying towards full qualification.
Minimum three years” experience in a financial role, with at least one year in a business partnering capacity.
A confident communicator, adept at providing clear guidance on complex financial matters and promoting financial awareness and accountability.

Working Arrangements:
The role is offered on a hybrid basis with a requirement to work from a site 2 – 3 times a week and includes travel to allocated sites at least twice a year.
