We are seeking a Finance Manager to take responsibility for managing the operation of the accounts function across this manufacturing business.

This is a lead site finance role reporting into Directors and General Manager.

Duties will include, but not limited to:
• Leading and developing the finance function
• To act as a member of the management team.
• Business Partnering with departments heads
• Internal / External Financial Reporting
• Mentor and Develop Finance Team
• Assist MD with improving operating performance
• Assist with 3 years Strategic plan

Requirements:
• CIMA, ACCA or ACA Qualified, or QBE
• Proven experience in leading a finance function.
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Previous experience within manufacturing
